Pune: Muzzammil Shaikh, who is setting new benchmarks in the field of journalism, has created history by establishing a National News Channel at the young age of 27. The channel broadcasts through OTT, set-top boxes, and the widest range of digital platforms. With this achievement, he has become the youngest owner and editor of a National News Channel from Maharashtra, earning a place in the Maharashtra Book of Records.
At a special felicitation ceremony organized on the occasion of Teachers’ Day at Mahatma Phule Cultural Bhavan, Fatima Nagar, Muzzammil Shaikh was honored by the Maulana Azad Education and Sports Association.
The event was jointly organized by the Maharashtra Book of Records and the *Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad Education and Sports Association.
Maharashtra Book of Records President Adam Sayyad presented the award to Muzammil Shaikh. The program was graced by Ali Daruwala (Advisor, National Minority Commission), former corporator Nanda Lonkar, Amanat Shaikh of Maulana Azad Association, Satish Rathod, Sneha Kulkarni, Asif Iqbal Shaikh, Iqbal Ansari, Mazhar Maniyar, journalists Sohel Shaikh, Farhan Shaikh, Sharad Bagde, entrepreneur Johnson Thomas, and other dignitaries.
On the occasion, President Adam Sayed remarked:
