New Delhi, May 5, 2025 – BLS E-Services, a subsidiary of BLS International, has been awarded with Times Business Award-2025 recognized for its outstanding contributions to financial inclusion in India. The company has received this award under innovation category.  The company’s innovative solutions have enabled millions of people to access essential financial services, bridging the gap between the financially excluded and the formal financial system.

Our core purpose is defined by “Customer Service,” emphasizing its dedication to providing accessible and efficient services to citizens and bank customers, especially those in the last mile. With a robust network of over 1 lakh touchpoints and digital platforms, the company ensures access to essential services like banking, insurance, and government procedures, particularly in underserved areas.

“We are honoured to receive this recognition for our efforts in financial inclusion,” said Shikhar Aggarwal, Chairman, BLS E-Services. “At BLS E-Services, we believe that financial inclusion is a critical component of economic development, and we are committed to using technology to make financial services more accessible and affordable for all.”

We operate across three key verticals in India: Citizen Services, Banking Correspondence, and Assisted eServices. The company’s Banking Correspondence vertical drives financial inclusion in underserved areas by working with various government and private banks. Assisted eServices provides support to citizens for utility or banking needs, ensuring widespread accessibility across 700 districts and 10,000 pin codes nationally.

Our approach is vital in serving rural communities, where purely digital access can be challenging. The company employs full-time team members in each district, who are trained to build and support an agent network. These agents receive technical and product training to serve customers effectively, ensuring seamless operations and service delivery, added Mr. Aggarwal.
