Mumbai, August 2026: ITM Skills Academy Invites Aspiring Graduates to Build Banking Careers Through the Kotak NextGen Bankers Programme, a one-year industry-integrated learning initiative offered in association with Kotak Mahindra Bank. Designed for graduates aspiring to build a career in the banking and financial services sector, the programme combines academic learning with practical industry exposure, preparing participants for relationship banking roles while equipping them with the skills required by today’s banking industry.
The programme offers a structured learning journey that leads to a Post Graduate Diploma in Relationship Banking. Participants begin with four months of classroom training at ITM Skills Academy’s Navi Mumbai campus, where they develop a strong foundation in banking concepts and customer relationship management. This is followed by a two-month internship focused on banking functions and six months of on-the-job training at Kotak Mahindra Bank branches and offices across India, enabling students to gain valuable workplace experience alongside their academic learning.
An added advantage of the programme is that participants receive financial support during the training period. Students receive a monthly stipend during the classroom training phase and a higher monthly stipend during the internship, allowing them to earn a total of ₹3.2 lakh over the duration of the programme. Upon successful completion, participants become eligible for assured placement opportunities with Kotak Mahindra Bank in relationship management roles, with a starting annual CTC of ₹5 lakh and a performance-linked bonus of up to ₹1.5 lakh.
The programme is open to graduates from any recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 60% who are below 27 years of age at the time of application. The admission process includes an online application, assessment, personal interview, and seat confirmation.
