New Delhi: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has released a notification for the recruitment of Trade Apprenticeship posts. As per the short notification, the application process will begin from 15th September 2025 and will continue until 16th October 2025. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the official website powergrid.in. Before applying, applicants must carefully check the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have completed 10th/ITI, BE/BTech, BSc, or Diploma in relevant fields are eligible to apply for this recruitment. The minimum age limit for applicants is 18 years.

Important Documents Required

Apprenticeship Registration/Enrollment number under NATS/NAPS with 100% updated profile.

Scanned copies of educational certificates and mark sheets.

Age proof (Matriculation certificate, Aadhaar card, passport, etc.).

Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC (NCL) candidates as per Govt. of India format (if applicable).

Cancelled cheque/first page of bank passbook (DBT-enabled account details).

Selection Process

No exam or interview will be conducted.

Selection will be purely based on educational qualifications.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification (DV) by PGCIL.

After DV, the final merit list will be prepared.

Selected candidates will be appointed to vacant posts for a 12-month apprenticeship period.
