Ghaziabad: Delhi Public School Indirapuram (DPSI) organized the Scholar Badge Ceremony for Class V students on April 28, 2026, to honour their outstanding academic performance in Class IV (Session 2025–26). The event was conducted with great enthusiasm, celebrating the dedication, perseverance, and achievements of young learners.
The programme began with a warm and respectful welcome extended by the students to the Principal, Ms. Priya Elizabeth John, Headmistress, Ms. Shaloo Tandan, and Academic Coordinator, Ms. Divya Kumar. This was followed by the auspicious lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing the removal of ignorance and the dawn of knowledge and success.
Adding a musical charm to the ceremony, the school choir presented a soulful performance titled “Together We Shine,” highlighting the importance of unity and collective effort. A vibrant and motivational dance performance on the song ‘Thaan Liya’ further energized the atmosphere, inspiring students to pursue excellence with determination and resilience.
In her address, the Principal congratulated the scholar badge recipients and appreciated the efforts of the student narrators. She encouraged all students to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to achieving their goals.
The highlight of the ceremony was the awarding of Scholar Badges and certificates to 268 students from Classes IV A to IV L (Session 2025–26). A particularly touching moment was when grandparents were invited to present the certificates, adding emotional warmth and pride to the occasion. Their presence made the celebration even more meaningful.
In addition, proficiency certificates were awarded to students of Classes III and IV for academic excellence, while certificates for 100% attendance were also presented to recognize consistency and dedication.
The ceremony concluded on a patriotic note with the School Anthem, leaving everyone inspired and instilling a deep sense of pride in being part of the institution.
The event was a resounding success, reinforcing a culture of achievement and motivating students to continue striving for excellence.
