Hyderabad-based robotics venture Ankita Design Engineers (ADE) has announced the upcoming launch of RoboKita Fusion, a world-class cobot-powered cold press juice automation system scheduled for commercial rollout in March 2026.
The innovation is founded and invented by PONNANA SRAVAN KUMAR, who has led the research and development of the system’s core automation architecture.
RoboKita Fusion has been designed and developed with advanced R&D in ROS 2 software integration, enabling intelligent coordination between automation modules and the collaborative robot platform. The system integrates ROS 2-based control architecture with the Fairino FR5 collaborative robot (cobot) to execute precision-driven tasks including ingredient dispensing, cold press extraction handling, cup placement, filling, and delivery.
By leveraging ROS 2-based robotic intelligence, the platform enables modular control, scalable automation logic, and real-time operational coordination — positioning RoboKita Fusion beyond traditional vending systems and aligning it with global automation standards.
The intellectual property related to RoboKita Fusion has been patent filed in India, with patent pending in the United States (USA), reinforcing its international innovation positioning.
Designed and built in Hyderabad under the Made in India initiative, RoboKita Fusion is intended for deployment in malls, airports, corporate campuses, hospitals, and premium retail spaces.
“Our focus was to build a robotics-native beverage automation system, not just a vending machine. The ROS 2 integration allows scalable automation, precision control, and future AI-driven enhancements.” — Ponnana Sravan Kumar
